What should I send with my request?
Your university, module code, the TMA question, the marking rubric or guidance notes, your due date and — if you have one — your draft or plan. Screenshots are fine.
How quickly is a tutor matched?
Usually the same day you pay, often within a couple of hours. For urgent requests the tutor starts as soon as payment is confirmed.
In what format do I receive feedback?
Comments on your own Word document, or written notes if you sent a plan. You can then ask questions on WhatsApp.
What if the feedback doesn’t answer my questions?
Ask your tutor. Follow-up questions on the same TMA are included, and you can send the revised draft for a second look at no extra charge.
