By accessing or using TMAAssignmentHelp.com ("the Website") or placing an order for our services, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our services.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Website or services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

TMAAssignmentHelp.com provides model academic writing assistance — the creation of custom academic documents ("Work") for reference, research, and educational purposes. Our services include:

• Tutor Marked Assignment (TMA) writing and research assistance
• Subject-specialist matching for specific university modules
• Academic editing and proofreading
• Turnitin plagiarism checking and reporting
• Referencing and citation assistance

All Work is provided as a model document for educational reference purposes. How you choose to use the Work is your sole responsibility. See our Disclaimer for full details on acceptable use.

Our services are available to individuals who are:

• Aged 18 or over
• Enrolled at or associated with an accredited distance learning institution (SUSS, Open University, OUA, Athabasca, OUM, or similar)
• Located in a country where our services are available (Singapore, UK, Australia, Canada, Malaysia)
• Able to make payment in an accepted currency (SGD, GBP, AUD, CAD, MYR)

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason, including suspected misuse of our services or breach of these Terms.

Order Confirmation: An order is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment via Stripe (credit/debit card) or PayPal. No work begins until payment is received and confirmed.

Accurate Brief: The Client is responsible for providing an accurate and complete brief. We are not responsible for Work that does not meet requirements that were not communicated at the time of ordering. Changes to the brief after work has begun may incur additional charges.

Pricing: Prices are as quoted at the time of order confirmation. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Urgent order surcharges (40%) apply for delivery within 48 hours and are disclosed before payment. First-order discount code FIRST35 (35% off) applies to one order per customer.

• Payment is accepted in SGD, GBP, AUD, CAD, and MYR only
• Payment processors: Stripe (card) and PayPal — we do not store card details
• INR, PKR, BDT, NGN, and other currencies are not accepted
• All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable

Delivery: We deliver Work via email (as a .docx file) by the deadline agreed at the time of order. We target a 98% on-time delivery rate. In the event of an unavoidable delay, we will notify the Client as early as possible.

Free Revision: One free revision round is included with every order, subject to the following conditions:

• The revision request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
• The revision must be within the scope of the original brief — it does not cover changes to the TMA question, subject matter, or substantially different requirements not in the original brief
• The revision must be specific — identifying precisely what does not meet the original brief and why
• Additional revision rounds beyond the first may be available at a reduced rate

Turnitin Report: A Turnitin plagiarism similarity report is included with every order at no additional charge. Reports are provided for reference only — we do not guarantee any specific similarity percentage, though our average is below 8%.

Upon receipt of full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive licence to use the Work for personal, educational reference purposes. The Work is created exclusively for the Client and will not be resold, shared, or used for any other client.

The Client acknowledges that:

• The Work is provided as a model document — the Client takes full responsibility for how they use it
• TMAAssignmentHelp.com retains no ongoing intellectual property claim over the Work after delivery and full payment
• The Work may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed to third parties
• Our website content, brand, and materials remain the intellectual property of TMAAssignmentHelp.com

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Engage in any unlawful activity or violate any applicable law or regulation
• Provide false information when placing an order or registering contact details
• Circumvent any technical measures we use to restrict access to our service
• Resell, share, or distribute Work provided to you to any third party
• Use our service from a restricted country or jurisdiction
• Attempt to access systems, data, or accounts that are not yours
• Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or writers

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension of service and forfeiture of any refund entitlement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• TMAAssignmentHelp.com does not guarantee any specific academic grade, result, or outcome from use of our Work
• We are not liable for any academic, disciplinary, or other consequences arising from the Client's use of our Work
• Our total liability to the Client for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific order in question
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe the Client has breached these Terms. Upon termination, the Client's right to use the service ceases immediately.

The Client may cancel an order before work has begun for a partial refund per our Refund Policy. Once work has started, cancellation refunds are at our discretion.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at info@tmaassignmenthelp.com and allowing 14 days for a response and resolution attempt.
